PsyGlobal (psyglobal.com) is a listing platform for mental health practitioners, trainers, institutes, and professional bodies in India to publish their training events, ongoing programmes, community gatherings, and professional profiles. It is operated by Umae Sanctuaries LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India.
PsyGlobal is a platform service only. Listings are self-submitted by the practitioners, trainers, and organisations who create them. PsyGlobal does not independently verify the credentials, qualifications, or professional standing of any submitter, and does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing or profile. PsyGlobal is not an event organiser, training provider, therapy platform, accrediting body, or employment agency. We are not a party to any arrangement between an organiser and an attendee, or between a practitioner and a client, supervisee, or employer.

PsyGlobal may decline to list or may remove submissions at its sole discretion, but exercising this discretion does not constitute any form of verification, endorsement, or guarantee. If any details in your listing change after it has been published — dates, venue, fees, trainer, or cancellation — it is your responsibility to notify us promptly at contact@psyglobal.com so we can update or remove the listing.

PsyGlobal may remove any listing at any time without prior notice if we determine it no longer meets our criteria. Submitters may also request removal of their own listing at any time by writing to contact@psyglobal.com.
Practitioners listed in the PsyGlobal directory are responsible for the accuracy and currency of their profile information. If your credentials, specialities, location, or availability change, notify us at contact@psyglobal.com and we will update your profile. PsyGlobal is not responsible for any reliance placed on outdated profile information.
Listing a practitioner in the PsyGlobal directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality, suitability, or outcomes of their services. PsyGlobal does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or professional standing of practitioners in the directory. Profiles are self-submitted. Users must independently verify any credentials or qualifications before relying on or engaging with any listed practitioner.
When PsyGlobal facilitates a connection between an organisation or individual and a practitioner through our matching service, we are acting only as an introducer. Any arrangement, engagement, or contract entered into following such an introduction is solely between the parties involved. PsyGlobal is not a party to and accepts no responsibility for the terms, conduct, or outcomes of any such arrangement.
PsyGlobal is a directory and listing platform. We are not responsible for and do not control the content, quality, delivery, safety, or outcomes of any event, programme, or professional service listed on the platform. All responsibility for events and services listed on PsyGlobal rests with the respective organisers, trainers, and practitioners.

PsyGlobal is a self-submission platform. All listings and profiles are submitted by the practitioners, trainers, or organisations who create them. PsyGlobal does not verify, authenticate, or independently confirm any credential, qualification, registration, affiliation, or claim made in any listing or profile.
Before attending any event, engaging with any practitioner, or making any decision in reliance on information found on PsyGlobal, users are solely responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of that information — including the qualifications, credentials, and professional standing of any organiser, trainer, or practitioner. PsyGlobal expressly disclaims any liability arising from a user's failure to conduct such independent verification.
By submitting a listing or profile to PsyGlobal, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Umae Sanctuaries LLP, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
