The platform is operated under Umae Sanctuaries LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under the DPDPA (such as financial data, health records, biometric data, or passwords) through any of our forms. Professional credentials submitted for listing purposes are treated as professional information, not sensitive personal data.

PsyGlobal is hosted on Netlify (netlify.com). Form submission data passes through Netlify's forms infrastructure as part of our hosting arrangement. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Netlify's own privacy policy governs their handling of data and can be found at netlify.com/privacy.

PsyGlobal uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymised data about site usage — pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to this data and can be found at policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Beyond Netlify and Google Analytics, we do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for any purpose.

PsyGlobal uses Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device to collect anonymised usage data. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing scripts, or any other tracking technology. We do not use Facebook Pixel or similar advertising tools.

If you browse the site without submitting a form, the only data collected is anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration, approximate location at country level, device type, and traffic source). This data is not linked to your identity.

9. Children's data

PsyGlobal is a professional platform intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our platform, contact us at contact@psyglobal.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data submitted through PsyGlobal from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Our platform is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are processed through Netlify's secure infrastructure.

No method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
